What is OurCampusBD?
OurCampusBD is complete management software for schools, madrasahs, academies and coaching centres in Bangladesh. Admissions, student records, attendance, fees and dues, exams and results, staff payroll, notices and guardian SMS all run from a single dashboard, and every institution gets its own subdomain and public website.
How much does school management software cost in Bangladesh?
Under 100 students it is a flat ৳500 per month. At 100 students and above it is ৳5 per student per month. On top of that, the subdomain and hosting cost ৳3,000 per year. Setup, data migration and training carry no separate fee, and no module is sold as a paid add-on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a 14-day free trial with no card and no advance payment. You can work with real student data during the trial, and if you subscribe afterwards that data stays exactly where it is rather than needing to be re-entered.
Does it work for madrasahs?
Yes. Both Alia and Qawmi madrasahs use OurCampusBD. Classes, subjects, examination patterns and grading are all configured to your institution’s own rules, and you can run separate sections for Hifz, Kitab and general departments, each with its own routine and results.
Can guardians pay fees through bKash or Nagad?
Yes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, ShurjoPay, Card are all supported, so guardians can pay from their phone. Payments post to the ledger as they arrive, generate a digital receipt and trigger a confirmation SMS. Cash collected at the office is recorded in the same ledger.
Can we bring data across from our old system?
Yes. Student, staff, class and dues lists import from Excel. Whatever shape your existing files are in, we help clean them up and load them, and there is no extra charge for the work.
