Student management software
When student records live across registers and spreadsheets, the same details get hunted down again at admission, at results and at fee collection. In OurCampusBD a student profile is created once and then feeds attendance, fees, exams and ID cards from that single record.
What it does
Complete student profiles
Name, photo, date of birth, address, previous institution, guardian names and mobile numbers all live on one profile. Because guardian numbers sit here, sending SMS never needs a separate list.
Classes, sections and shifts
Classes, sections, subjects and shifts are modelled to match your institution. Madrasahs can run Hifz, Kitab and general departments as separate sections.
Academic years and promotion
Each year’s enrolment is stored separately. At year end students are promoted to the next class while prior results and attendance stay intact.
Logins for students and guardians
Students and guardians sign in to check attendance, results, dues and notices themselves, which takes a great deal of pressure off the office phone.
Search, filters and exports
Find students by class, section, academic year or status, and export the resulting list to PDF or Excel.
