How much does school management software cost in Bangladesh?
Under 100 students it is a flat ৳500 per month. At 100 students and above it is ৳5 per student per month. On top of that, the subdomain and hosting cost ৳3,000 per year. Setup, data migration and training carry no separate fee, and no module is sold as a paid add-on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a 14-day free trial with no card and no advance payment. You can work with real student data during the trial, and if you subscribe afterwards that data stays exactly where it is rather than needing to be re-entered.
How is SMS charged?
SMS credits are purchased separately and drawn down as they are used. Attendance, dues, result and notice messages can go out automatically or be sent manually. Messages are sent in Bangla Unicode, so guardians receive readable Bangla rather than transliteration.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Once an account is provisioned we allocate a subdomain, hosting and storage, and any SMS credits bought are non-returnable. That is precisely why we offer the free trial first: evaluate it fully before any money changes hands.
